Book booth space at TransformIT. Manage booth construction conveniently via the Brussels Expo webshop (in cooperation with AlterExpo) – or, if you prefer, use your own booth builder.

TransformIT only sells the booth space

We offer the booth space or trade fair participation only. All booth construction services are handled separately via Brussels Expo.

Booth construction via the Brussels Expo webshop

The entire booth construction – including basic equipment and services – is managed through the Brussels Expo webshop. Implementation partner: AlterExpo.

Access after booking

After your booth space booking, you will automatically receive access to the Brussels Expo webshop.

Own booth builder possible

You may alternatively hire your own booth builder. Please observe the technical regulations and deadlines of Brussels Expo.

  • Name sign

  • 1 long-arm LED spotlight per 3 m² of booth space

  • 2.5 m height

  • 2 m printed fabric

  • Storage area 2 m², with full print on the front (height: 3.5 m)

  • Carpet flooring (color of your choice)

  • 1 long-arm LED spotlight per 3 m² of booth space

  • 2.5 m height
